Saturday, February 27 @ 2:00 p.m.  For patrons aged 9 and up.

Special guest Dewey Halverson, Iditarod runner, will be giving a presentation on the history of the trail, background on the sled race, and much more, including personal stories.  Dewey will also be bringing his dog sled, sledding equipment, and lead dog to see. Don't miss. The program will be held at Lindow's Barn, 19416 E. Grant Highway. Program lasts approximately 90 minutes. Registration is required.

Is there anything better than chocolate?  Chef Michael Niksic is presenting a fabulous chocolate-tasting event after hours at the library.  Not only will you get to try different kinds of chocolates, but you'll have fun as well!  This event is for women 21 & up.  A $2.00 non-refundable materials fee is due upon registration.  Space is limited, so don't delay!
