Make a fabulous decoration for the holidays!  Peggy Garvin will lead you through the creation of a centerpiece to take home, featuring a candle, fresh greens, holly, gold branches, velvet ribbon, and colored glass balls.  This crafting program will last for at least one hour, and there is a non-refundable $15.00 materials fee due upon registration.
