Grades 3-5.

This group meets every third Monday of the month. October's selection is Mystery of the Singing Ghosts by Gertrude Chandler Warner.

The public is welcome to attend MULD Board meetings.

East Tennessee native and former Chicagoan Jim Pfitzer is returning to the area to share some of his favorite Appalachian ghost stories.

Pfitzer, known for his nature-based tales and distinctly southern delivery, plans on sharing stories ranging from just-for-fun ghost stories to some "pretty scary stuff."  Parents may be assured that all ages are welcome and that he will warn them before the scarier stories so they can have their children sitting with them for those parts of the show.

For children ages 2-5.

The first rule of Tot Club is definitely  "Talk about Tot Club."  Tot Club is where you'll find stories, crafts, activities, and fun galore, all designed just for toddlers. Call to sign-up now!

Ages 13 and up.

If you enjoy anime, manga, or are curious about Japanese culture, then drop in and see what this club is all about. Some of the activities include the viewing of anime, lock-ins, and the ever favorite annual PockyPalooza.

Ages 16-22

This month's feature is Down a Dark Hall  by Lois Duncan. 

Ages 11- 15

  This month's selection is "Wait Till Helen Comes", an eerie tale about a ghost wanting to lure a young girl to her doom. Written by Mary Downing Hahn. 

Ages 7 and under

Not-so-scary stories, jokes, and craft.

Grades 4-7

Meeting twice a month, children will practice reading and performing short skits, and plays. Other activities include making puppets, as well as designing scenery, costumes, and props.

Ages 12 and up

Urban legends, scary stories, horror movie trivia, and snack.

Ages 7-12.

From 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
