Start: May 22 2010 - 11:00am The Marengo-Union Library is sponsoring a walking tour of the Scotch Cemetery located on River Road. Join Alice Wagner as she outlines the history of this rural and now private cemetery. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and dress for that morning’s weather (the tour will be cancelled if there is lightning or heavy rain).

Start: Feb 27 2010 - 2:00pm Saturday, February 27 @ 2:00 p.m. For patrons aged 9 and up. Special guest Dewey Halverson, Iditarod runner, will be giving a presentation on the history of the trail, background on the sled race, and much more, including personal stories. Dewey will also be bringing his dog sled, sledding equipment, and lead dog to see. Don't miss. The program will be held at Lindow's Barn, 19416 E. Grant Highway. Program lasts approximately 90 minutes. Registration is required.
