What did Marengo resident Dr. Green bring home from the Civil War?  Where in Illinois is the site of the largest mass burial in the Western Hemisphere?  Historian Alice Wagner will present many intriguing facts about Illinois’s participation in the American Civil War at two different times on Thursday, September 10th  -  once at 10:00 a.m. and then again at 6:30 p.m.  The event will run for about an hour.
