McHenry County Master Gardeners will give a talk about spring planting as well as answer any and all questions about gardening.  Free seed packets to all those who participate (plus a pair of gardening gloves to be given away to the first twelve attendees)!  This event is courtesy of the University of Illinois Extension Service.
