Relax with a fun craft after hours at the Library- our beading expert will lead you through the making of your very own beautiful bracelet.  Dress is casual and comfortable.  This program is for women 21 years & up.  Registration is required, and there is a $2.00 non-refundable materials reimbursement fee.
