MEET THE FRIENDS
WHO ARE THE FRIENDS? The goal of the Friends of the Marengo-Union Library is to stimulate use of the library resources and service, and focus public attention on the library. We sponsor fund raising events and encourage gifts, endowments and bequests to the library.
BY JOINING the FRIENDS you will meet others with similar interest. There are special gatherings for "members only" and special pricing for FRIENDS at events.
MEETINGS: Monthly Executive Board Meetings are held at 6:00 p.m., in the library, on the third (3rd) Monday of each month. Members are encouraged to join us!

FUNd RAISING
FRIENDS sponsor Events that are interesting and fun while raising money for Youth and Adult programs, materials and library equipment. The success of these events relies on participation of all-volunteer groups. Each person has his/her own reason for giving time......Some like to give back to the library that has contributed so much to the community. Others are educators who are committed to seeing the library succeed for the next generation. And, some just want to get involved and have some fun!

MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open to people of all ages. To become a member, fill out a membership application. Applications are available at the circulation desk of the library. You may also view and print an application form from our Microsoft Word version and drop off or send with your membership fee to:
